Have you heard of Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is one of those terms that is definitely doing the rounds at the moment! I’m coming across books, webinars, coaching and meditation classes, all offering to introduce me to some interesting and powerful mind techniques to help improve my life! I was intrigued about Mindfulness as I’ve heard how powerful it can be for helping to calm your mind and clarify your thinking, and I thought this would be a great help when you run your own business. I asked my friend Geraldine McCullagh who is a Mindfulness coach to tell me more about it, and also to explain why it is getting so popular within business now.
